How long will it take to build?

This will depend on the amount of work we currently have and the time it takes you to answer our questions. Once you provide your content, it generally takes only two days to complete your site.

How can I pay for my website?

We will send you an invoice and once this has been paid, your project commences. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheque, money order or bank transfer.

 

Is a logo included?

Logo design is a complex proceedure and well beyond the scope of this package. If you already have a logo then this will be inserted into the design. If you don't have a logo then don't worry as most of the designs include some sort of "logo type" which we will modify to suit your orgnisation name.

 

Can I resell your service?

Absolutely not! We have a strict "no middleman" policy which means that we only deal with the business who will own the website. If however you are in a position to refer regular work to us (e.g. business coach) and would like to discuss how this can benefit both of us, feel free to get in contact.

What happens after my first year of hosting?

You will receive an invoice 30 days prior to the expiry date. Once this is paid, your hosting will be extended by another year.

You will receive an invoice 30 days prior to the expiry date. Once this has been paid, your domain will be extended by another two years.

Do I get a discount if I already have a domain name?

No. But we will organise to do the behind the scenes work to get your domain working with our systems.

Can I have a different type of domain?

Most people want a .com.au or .com so that’s what is included in this package. But we can also register .net.au, .asn.au, .id.au, .net, .org, .biz, .info.
